Once Phase II is in place, SPPC will begin work on a forum for members of the Coalition. We have set a conservative date of January 2003 for this to be active, due to the complexity of the project. This projection is based on our current level of funding.

The forum will serve as a place for members to discuss their findings about materials' environmental impacts, performance, availability or other characteristics. The forum will be searchable by numerous different categories like which material is being discussed and when, for example. As the forum's discussion grows, this database about materials will begin to develop and will be a valuable resource for all of the Coalition.
